I'd been thinking about a Trek Fuel EXe 9.8XT for a while and the offer price from The Bicycle Chain was too good to ignore. The bike feels like a non e-bike and is simply a great ride. It arrived safely in a huge box, was well packaged and prepared with the suspension set up for my weight - a few tweaks, some pedals and I was on my first ride an hour later.
The Bicycle Chain staff have been great in answering my questions and I can recommend both them and the bike to you.
