Service and communication from Bicycle Chain was excellent and I will be returning for any future purchases! The trek rail is a replacement for my slash and it really stands up well against my old bike, you feel sat in the bike rather than on it and it behaves just like my slash but without the push back up for the next run! I bought the 9.5 as it has the same carbon frame as much more expensive bikes in the same family to allow me to upgrade parts I like. Overall a great bike and will be even better as I upgrade it and I’ll be returning to bicycle chain for those lovely new parts!
