Conquer steep climbs and glide down rough descents with the all-new, full-composite trail bike - the Trance X Advanced 1. Boasting 140mm of silky smooth Maestro rear suspension and a myriad of adjustable settings. Tailor the bike's frame geometry for your personal riding style and switch the rear wheel size to suit your terrain.

Dive Into More Travel with Maestro

Experience an increased 5mm of travel over previous models, thanks to the new Maestro rear suspension, transitioning from 135mm to an improved 140mm. With a trunnion mount shock and Advanced Forged Composite rocker arm, you're ensured a longer stroke for a smoother, more reactive ride. Matched with a 150mm travel fork, there's an added boost in control and confidence traversing rugged singletrack routes.

Trail Geometry Adjustability

Amplify your ride with the three-position Maestro flip chip, designed to modify frame geometry to complement your riding habits and environment. Opt for the high setting to gain more ground elevation - a perfect choice for challenging, technical rides. Alternatively, the low setting caters towards high-speed handling with a more relaxed head angle and lower bottom bracket. Plus, a new headset flip chip supplies 10mm of reach adjustment.

Rear Wheel Freedom

While all models sport 29-inch front and rear wheels, the option for a mixed wheel setup is available via the flip chip. This freedom allows for the inclusion of a 27.5 rear wheel; while the standard setup maximises stability and roll-over speed, the 27.5 rear wheel gives a crisper feel and more clearance from saddle to tyre. Riders often favour this setup when facing steep, complex terrains.

Advanced Composite Technology

Produced in Giant's own advanced composite factory using raw carbon material, the frame offers an impressive stiffness-to-weight ratio. Employing Giant's Modified Monocoque Construction, the front triangle of the frame is assembled and moulded as a single, continuous piece.

State-of-the-art Carbon Fibre Components

Resilient carbon fibre components, resulting from a unique high-pressure moulding process, render aluminium equivalents redundant. Benefits include a lighter, stiffer, and stronger build quality; this technology is especially utilised in critical performance parts, such as Maestro Suspension rocker links.

OverDrive for Precise Steering

OverDrive, Giant's original oversized fork steerer tube technology, ensures unparalleled front-end steering performance. The system's oversized headset bearings and tapered steerer tube collaborate to deliver unmatched steering stiffness.

Tubeless System for Smooth Ride

Enjoy a smoother, quicker ride with fewer flats and greater traction thanks to Giant's Tubeless System.
