We get asked this question a lot and the answer is to think of your battery as a fuel tank, the bigger it is the further you can go.
The amount of battery power you use is unique to each rider. Most electric bikes will come with at least 3 levels of assistance, an Economy mode, Touring mode and a Turbo mode for example. How much time you spend in each mode will affect your battery life. How flat or hilly the terrain you are riding will also impact batter life. The weight of the rider and anything you are carrying also has a role to play in how long you battery will last.
This is why we always advise you to get the biggest battery size within your budget.
