At the heart of this marvel is an asymmetrical, radical frame that introduces new tube shapes. This ultimately results in an ideal stiffness balance that can negate any disconcerting trail feedback. Simply put, with the Stumpjumper Comp Alloy 27.5, what your hands sense aligns perfectly with what your feet feel, giving you an enhanced sense of control and stability.
Both the fork and rear shock feature a custom Rx Trail Tune. This fine-tuning process ensures that each bike has an optimum suspension performance, consistent across all frame, wheel, and rider sizes. We have meticulously developed an Rx Tune for each wheel size to give you a perfectly linear suspension irrespective of your preferred wheel size.
We have also put in a lot of thought to make this bike as user-friendly as possible. A threaded bottom bracket makes a much-appreciated comeback, and there is provision for up to a 3.0" tyre. You can tailor your ride by using the Flip Chip that adjusts your bottom bracket and slackens the head tube. What's more, a newly designed ribbed chainstay protector minimises chain slap, leading to a nearly silent drivetrain.
The bike is assembled with a concentration on reliability and performance, featuring components like Shimano SLX drivetrain with RaceFace cranks, Shimano SLX disc brakes, FOX front and rear suspension, and Roval Traverse 29 alloy wheels.
