Its trailblazing FACT 10r carbon frame, constructed using pioneering aerospace composite optimization software, offers lightweight performance alongside a mighty 20% reduction in frame weight. This makes it an ideal partner for your challenging hill climb quests.
Specialized's innovative Rider-First Engineered technology has been employed to ensure ideal stiffness and flexibility exactly where required. With a plethora of Retül data and professional rider insights driving the upgrade, the Pro has an improved geometry. It masters the blend of a quick-reacting front end and a short wheelbase, for instantaneous response and quintessential power transfer.
Yet, power alone doesn't define a quality ride! The bicycle features a cleverly constructed seatpost that brings in flexibility into the upper 120mm, dramatically changing seat tube shape and lowering seat stays. The upgraded tyre clearance up to 30mm means decreased rolling resistance, amplified traction, and heightened comfort.
After probing for areas where aerodynamics could be introduced without distorting the inherent Tarmac design, a new fork shape, aero tube-equipped dropped seat stays and a D-shaped seatpost and seat tube were incorporated. The new Men's Tarmac Pro is now 45 seconds faster over 40km compared to similar lightweight bikes in its class.
Equipped with Shimano's new Ultegra 8150 Di2 groupset with direct mount brakes, this bike comes with the affordable yet aerodynamically effective Roval CL 50 wheelset with 26mm S-Works Turbo tyres.
