The Specialized Venge Pro is meticulously designed to bring to you a perfect blend of speed, power, and performance. Originated from our "Aero is Everything" concept, this bike has been created to make everybody faster, from pros to amateur racers.
Armed with FreeFoil Shape Library technology, our engineers have created an aerodynamic masterpiece with new airfoil shapes. These shapes, tested in the Win Tunnel, result in a bike that's eight seconds faster than anything we've ever made. Its speed on the road has been tested in all wind conditions, so rest assured, this bike is not just tunnel-speedy but road-speedy too.
Apart from the speed, the feature we're most proud of in the new Venge Pro is the perfect balance between weight and aerodynamics. We realized that an ultra-light bike would suffer on flat roads and quick accelerations while a strictly aero one would underperform on climbs. Hence, we took a whopping 460 grams out of the module weight without compromising on the aero characteristics. The result? A bike that's just as impressive on a climb as on a sprint.
Our Rider-First Engineered tubes have allowed us to achieve this balance. The development and implementation of new layup schedules and materials have resulted in a bike that's lighter, stiffer, and 40% more compliant than its predecessor.
Finally, here are a few more features that make the Venge Pro exceptional. The new cockpit's stem is stiffer than any we've tested before. It clears a massive 32mm-wide tyre effortlessly. And with the Shimano A-Junction housed in the seatpost, it's never been easier to check battery levels, charge, and tweak adjustments.
The Venge Pro is fitted with Shimano Ultegra Di2, hydraulic disc brakes, a Roval CL 50 disc wheelset made from carbon fibre, and our S-Works Turbo tyres which boast a rainbow-stripe win. These components together deliver a perfect blend of performance and value. Pedal on a Venge Pro and you're sure to feel its instantaneous response and optimal power transfer.
