The TLD Speed Elbow Sleeves are an ultra lightweight and flexible full arm sleeve with 4mm thick D3O padding around the elbow and into the forearm.
The low weight and breathable nature of these pads make them ideal for day-long adventures.
Measure wrist circumference behind wrist bone for wrist and above the bicep at the smallest point for upper bicep. Measurements should fall into one of the following size categories:

The elbow pad should not be loose in any area. Make sure there are no gaps between the product and arm and that the openings are snug.
Hand wash cold only. Do not dry clean or bleach. Drip dry. Do not clean your protective gear with anything but soap and water. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or pads. Do not use hot water or chemical cleaners or any solvents which contain petroleum-based products like benzene or gasoline on your protective gear. Your protective gear can be weakened by these substances and may not provide its intended protection in an accident, which can result in serious injury or death. Do not use hair dryers or heaters to dry your protective gear.

We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.
When you buy a bike from us you will get a free service at your nearest Bicycle Chain store within 6 weeks of taking delivery of your bike.
The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
