The Scorpion Race DH M is the most versatile model in the Race DH range from Pirelli. This tyre is designed for mixed terrains, including hardpacked bike parks and mid-soft natural trails. It features DualWALL+ technology, which is a special structure specifically for downhill and enduro racing. The tyre has a 60tpi full double-ply carcass, a rubber insert in the bead area, and an additional layer of fabric to stabilize the sidewall.
The Scorpion Race DH M also features the SmartEVO DH Compound, which is a high-performance formulation for enduro and downhill racing. The outer tread has a super-soft compound for chemical grip and vibration absorption, while the support compound under the tread provides mechanical support and shock absorption. The combination of these compounds delivers handling, responsiveness, and control.
The SmartEVO DH Compound has been developed and approved by professional riders, making it Pirelli's most advanced compound ever. This tyre is the choice of demanding riders with an aggressive riding style.
The Scorpion Race DH M tyre is available in 27.5 x 2.5 and 29 x 2.5 sizes. The weight of the tyre is 1380g for the 27.5 x 2.5 size and 1450g for the 29 x 2.5 size.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
