Introducing the all-new Ambush 2 helmet, a trailblazer in safety and comfort for next-gen trail riding. This helmet has been fully redesigned from the buckle up, boasting a superb fit and dialed eyewear integration.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • SBC Integrated Fit System: The Ambush 2 features our SBC Integrated Fit system and adjustable Tri-Fix splitters to provide a dialed fit. This ensures that the helmet fits snugly on your head, enhancing comfort and safety while you ride.
  • Occipital Base Adjustment: Fine-tune your vision using the Ambush 2’s Occipital Base Adjustment to precisely adjust how the helmet sits on the brow. This feature allows for seamless integration with goggles and glasses, providing an unrestricted view down the trail.
  • Innovative Sunglasses Storage: The helmet includes hidden rubber flaps for innovative sunglasses storage. This maintains a secure, rattle-free fit, keeping your glasses safely stored when you need to get them out of the way during long climbs or moments of rest.
  • Computational Fluid Dynamic Design: The helmet’s design integrates the maximum volume of internal channeling for optimal airflow. This draws heat away from the head, ensuring you stay cool during your ride.
  • MIPS SL Solution: The Ambush 2 features the MIPS SL solution with our exclusive perforated backing. Integrating MIPS technology within the helmet padding reduces moisture retention while increasing breathability.
  • It complies with U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and Older.

What is MIPS?

MIPS stands for Multi-directional Impact Protection System. It is a safety technology incorporated into helmets to enhance their protective capabilities. The MIPS system is a low friction layer that sits between the EPS foam and the helmet liner, allowing for a sliding motion of 10 to 15mm in all directions. This aims to reduce the transfer of rotational motion onto your brain, thereby improving safety.

Who is this helmet for?

The Ambush 2 helmet is ideally suited for trail riders who value safety, comfort, and performance. Its advanced features cater to those who seek a highly customisable fit, seamless eyewear integration, and optimal ventilation. Whether you’re tackling challenging trails or enjoying a leisurely ride, the Ambush 2 helmet is designed to enhance your cycling experience.
